Our Therapies and Management Plans are
Designed to Get You Back on Track Sooner.

Treatments and Plans
Pain Relief Therapy
Our primary objective is to relieve pain, promote healing, restore movement
and prevent further injury as soon as possible. Our evidence-based
methodologies and management plans are designed for you to maintain an
active lifestyle and improve your overall quality of life.
Dry Needling
We advocate dry needling in conjunction with manual therapies as an effective
modality to treat muscle pain. Also known as myofascial trigger point dry
needling, this modality uses fine needles to provoke a response in the muscle
and instantly relax it for further hands-on treatment. The technique is not
painful and is well tolerated.
Functional Strength Training
Exercise has been described as a natural “wonder drug” by medical
researchers. At Physiofitness, we’ll design a functional strength training
program that’s personally tailored for you. Whether that means performing at
your peak as an elite athlete, managing chronic health issues or maintaining
your independence as you age by staying strong and active, we’ll help you
achieve your goals.
Healthcare Plans
At Physiofitness, we like to gain a better understanding of your lifestyle and
goals, so that we are able to provide a more comprehensive risk, preventive and
healthcare plan. We deploy a structured approach to assessing and managing
a range of health conditions and coordinate with other healthcare professionals
such as GPs and specialists to help improve outcomes.
As athletes themselves, Lee-Anne and Millie know the frustration you feel when you’re sidelined by injury. They can provide acute care to relieve pain and swelling together with a management plan to get you safely back on track as soon as possible. They can also advise you on how to prevent similar injuries in the future.
