Our Training Programs
We use a thorough assessment to test your muscle strength or weakness. We then put together an exercise plan specifically designed to address any weaknesses you may have. We then do one on one classes to check your technique. After this process you can either join our three on one classes or receive a personalised program which you can do independently on your own gym or at home.
Exercise has been described as a natural “wonder drug” by medical researchers. At Physiofitness, we’ll design a functional strength training program that’s personally tailored for you. Whether that means performing at your peak as an elite athlete, managing chronic health issues or maintaining your independence as you age by staying strong and active, we’ll help you achieve your goals.
